Donald E. Scott Colorado Adventure Point (CAP) is happy to be of use to any pack, den or other Scouting group that has lost their meeting location for the upcoming school year. Our site has a variety of rooms available for site rental.
Please note that due to updated restrictions from the Jefferson County Department of Public Health, no group of more than 50 participants can gather at our site.
These spaces are being made available at cost for weekday use, which is $25/ hour.

Additional breakout rooms are available upon request from CAP. The Blue Lab, Gold Lab, Orange Lab and Lounge all have a capacity of approximately 12 -15 and are available as additional spaces on a first come, first served basis with your reservation for a paid meeting space.
CAP also can provide activities for your Cubs or Scouts during your meeting! Archery, Rock Climbing, Craftsmanship and BBs can be run with groups of up to 16 participants. If booking a conference or meeting room, these activities can be run at a discounted rate of $100/ hour for the group.
If your company or organization is looking for a unique location to hold a meeting, conference, team-building, or professional development session, look no further than CAP. CAP’s facility includes a large conference room that can fit more than 100 occupants as well as half a dozen breakout classrooms for small groups. Your meeting space rental will also include A/V hookup, tea and coffee service, and other amenities.
