While groups do have the choice of pitching tents in the courtyard many choose to sleep indoors on the floor of our big conference room. With that, below is our recommended packing list:

- Toothpaste
- Extra Set of Clothes (Weather appropriate, watch the forecast)

We ask groups show up 15 minutes prior to the event to check in and fill out a waiver. Once inside folks can set down their belongings and settle their space.
Chosen activities will run from 6pm-9pm. After the activities the group has the choice to roast marshmallows outside for s’mores and watch a movie before bunking down for the night.
We have laptops onsite available to connect via HDMI to a projector or TV set-up. We can set the group up with a laptop and ask that someone from the group logs into a steaming service to find a movie.
Otherwise, we have a small selection of DVDs groups can choose from.
Groups can choose to bring their own laptops, which we can use to connect to our projector/TV.
Absolutely! We just ask that you leave the space as you found it.
The following morning the group is welcome to use our Kitchen to breakfast and store any food they might bring. Currently we have a small fridge space and a big freezer for food storage. Coffee and fixings are also available in the kitchen use.
Groups are on their own in the morning and can stay up until 8:30am, which is when the next day’s activities start-up. If you need a later check-out please reach out to lizzy.dowd@scouting.org to try to schedule that.
